Before completing your booking, you will be asked to read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out before booking, we’re always happy to help.
From time to time, our projects may involve tools such as wire, hot glue guns, needles or sharp scissors. Artists will always receive clear safety instructions and guidance before using these materials, and all activities are supervised by the instructor.
Art Materials & Safety
We do not offer refunds. If your child is unable to attend a class, we are happy to offer a studio credit where possible.
To request a credit, please email caroline@branchoutartstudio.com.au with your child’s name, the class date, and session time. We’ll always do our best to approach these situations with fairness and understanding.
Refunds & Credits
If your child cannot attend a scheduled class, we greatly appreciate you letting us know in advance via text (0418 500 668) or email caroline@branchoutartstudio.com.au.
Absences
We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If a child is collected more than 15 minutes after the class end time, a late pick-up fee of $60 per hour (or part thereof) may apply to cover supervision until they are collect.
Late Pick-Ups
In rare circumstances, a class may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen instructor availability or other factors. If this occurs, families will be notified as soon as possible.
