Elements of Art Using a Variety of Media
Every Wednesday & Thursday from 22/23 April - 24/25 June 2026.
By introducing a touch of art theory, children add depth to their creations. In our classes, young artists create beautiful, frame-worthy pieces while learning the foundational elements of art, the building blocks of confident expression.
As they explore line, shape, colour and texture, they gain tools to express ideas and imagination, reflected in stunning artwork to treasure for years to come.
DATE NIGHT
Every Friday from 24 April - 26 June 2026.
Friday night is date night for grown-ups… and art night for kids.
While parents head out, young artists join our Treehouse Artist Club for a creativity-filled evening of art adventures. Think babysitting but with paint, imagination and creative magic. Each week features a new multi-age art experience. Dinner snacks and drinks are included. One night or many, whatever suits your schedule. Friday night plans? Sorted.
Art through the Ages Pre-historic to Contemporary
Every Saturday from 2 May - 27 June 2026.
In our classes, young artists explore iconic artworks and change-makers through time, then roll up their sleeves to create beautiful, frame-worthy pieces of their own. Along the way, they discover why art is made, experiment with techniques, and learn how culture, ideas and emotions shape what unfolds on the page or canvas. Seeing how artists through history solved problems, expressed big feelings and challenged the world sparks fresh ideas and brave thinking.

Visual Art and Literacy
Every Monday from 24 April - 26 June 2026.
In these tutoring sessions, we combine literacy and visual arts to help students learn. When children draw, design, and create alongside reading and writing, they strengthen comprehension, expand vocabulary, and organize their ideas more effectively. This creative approach supports different learning styles, increases engagement, and builds confidence — especially for students who may feel hesitant about traditional literacy tasks. By blending art and academics, we make learning both meaningful and motivating.
Music, Songs and Literacy
Every Tuesday from 25 April - 27 June 2026.
When children compose, write lyrics, and create music alongside reading and writing, they deepen comprehension, expand vocabulary, and organize their ideas more effectively. Crafting songs requires them to think carefully about word choice, rhythm, structure, and meaning — all of which strengthen core literacy skills. This creative approach supports different learning styles, increases engagement, and builds confidence — especially for students who may feel hesitant about traditional literacy tasks. By blending music and academics, we make learning both meaningful and motivating.
